MediPen and SciPen - Enhanced Compupen Applications

Powerful, High-Accuracy Optical Tracking

SciPen and MediPen feature the same error-resisting optical sensing technology as Compupen. Based on a simple difference calculation, the pen’s optical sensor accurately takes thousands of digital images of the writing surface and interfaces a tip depression sensor into a system that can detect true handwriting digitally on almost any surface.

SciPen and Medipen have added capability to recognize fields in form fill-outs and to interface to existing EDI systems. SciPen - A Solution for Mission-Critical Documentation

SciPen offers research laboratories, industrial development firms, military contractors, and other highly-security-dependent industries with a time- and source-of-origin guarantee via it’s digital authorization and timestamping servers. Document generated with Pen2Net devices are signed using a built-in RSA 768-bit public key and encrypted for transmission to Pen2Net servers. By serving as a third-party verification service, Pen2Net removes all ambiguities from Intellectual Property transactions, generation, and authorship.
